The main objective of the Profiles Module is to allow an administrator (usually an HR manager) to customise SNAPSIM™ before starting the learning process in his/her organisation.
The following can be customised via this module:1) user profile, 2) competency profile, 3) general settings; HR managers can also use default options.
Profile Module is available in all SNAPSIM™ editions (Learner, Coach, T&DIS, Leader).
This module shows an “ideal” competency profile the company wants its employees to have. There is an opportunity to customise general settings, the target competencies profile, input user data, define role restrictions for different users’ groups.
